Sportian is a global provider of end-to-end digital transformation solutions for the sports and entertainment industry.
Over time, its web presence had grown organically across multiple initiatives, resulting in inconsistent visual styles, duplicated components, and fragmented user experience.
The main challenge was to create a scalable visual system and migrate the platform to Webflow, ensuring consistency and flexibility without disrupting ongoing business and marketing needs.

I worked as a Senior Visual & UI Designer, responsible for identifying visual inconsistencies, defining a scalable UI system, and leading the visual migration to Webflow.
The challenge was not purely visual. The lack of shared design rules made it difficult to scale content, maintain consistency, and iterate efficiently.
Without a unified system, each new page increased visual debt and slowed collaboration between teams.
The solution focused on system-level thinking rather than individual pages.
I defined a foundational UI system that could support multiple use cases while remaining flexible enough for future growth.
Core UI elements were designed as reusable components, ensuring consistency and reducing duplication across the platform.
Migrating to Webflow was a strategic decision to improve scalability and speed.
The UI system was translated into reusable Webflow components, enabling faster page creation and reducing design-to-development friction.
